due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.


refunds or replacements will only be issued if:


  • the wrong item was sent, or
  • the item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our end



if there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos of the issue



once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • issues caused by improper installation or maintenance
  • buyer’s remorse
  • delays caused by the shipping carrier
